Sepakat Computer Consultant Sdn Bhd (SEPAKAT) was incorporated in 10th Jun 1982. Since the inception, our company has been involved in designing, developing and implementing application software to various Government Departments, Institutions and Private Agencies. Over the years, we have grown in size, facilities and capabilities, and matured into a dynamic world-class organization. Today, we are capable to provide comprehensive integrated Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) solutions and services to meet the various demands and requirements of our customers.

SEPAKAT is a 25 years old company experienced, dynamic and innovative company providing a wide range of value added, high-end IT solutions. SEPAKAT is registered with the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia as a supplier for computers and a computer consultancy company providing services in electronic data processing; and is given the Bumiputra status by the ministry.

SEPAKAT's corporate history is a story of corporate integrity. SEPAKAT accounting policies and practices have always been classified as very conservative. SEPAKAT's culture and values are reviewed with new employees during orientation. A statement of our culture and values is also included in the Employee Handbook that is distributed to all SEPAKAT employees.

 

SEPAKAT managers are expected to reinforce SEPAKAT's culture and values with their employees.

 

The SEPAKAT Board of Directors has adopted Corporate Governance Guidelines to assist the Board in exercising its responsibilities.
